Well once again I must apologize for not updating this blog regularly. Life has become so busy! I mean with work, volunteering, and a 7 month old son things are chaotic! Then you throw in the Staley Cup playoffs and well you get what I mean.
Question for you! How do you juggle everything in your life. How do you prioritize? What do you do when all the demands on your are important?
I will read responses on the air!
Cheers,
York

Hello All,
A very wet Sunday today. I suppose if there is a positive side to the wet weather it is that finally Adrienne and I can get the house back together. It has been a long couple of months renovating our entire upstairs. If you have renovated before you know that even though you are doing one part of the house, the rest suffers. Our dining room has been full of "upstairs" stuff for what seems like ages. So today is the day to take care of that situation.
If you feel like sharing I would love to hear about your rainy day traditions. What do you do when you are stuck indoors due to the weather. Do you have any great rainy day ideas to pass along to your fellow STAR 93.3 listeners? Share with me and I will read some of your ideas on the air.
Leave your comments below!
STAY TUNED!

| | Posted 2/19/2009 7:49 PM | Well Hello Everyone!!
If you have been following this blog you know that this blogging thing is new to me! I see it now as becoming a part of the weekly, if not daily, routine!
I cannot believe that my son Harrison is 4 1/2 months old already. It seems like yesterday that I was in the hospital with Adrienne listening to the Joel in the room. Adrienne and I still talk about some of the name suggestions that were called in to the STAR Breakfast Crew! Thank you for being a part of the big day! I would like to invite you all over for a diaper changing shift!! LOL!!!
Seriously though, the last 4 months have really flown by. Harrison has just started to roll over. We are thinking about weaning him of breast milk. I understand that will be a long process. We have also decided that we (I) will cook all of his food. I am the cook in the house. If you have any advice on home cooking baby food I would love to hear it!
Being a Dad for the first time is really a learning experience of course. The coolest part is that everyday brings something different. Kind of like working in radio!!
Thanks for reading! I promise frequent updates and hope to hear from you any advice you may have on fatherhood!
Cheers,
York
